Recommendations follow the manufacturer’s compatibility guidance. Device names help identify your computer; they are not a list of individually tested machines. The correct cables, power and any required driver are still part of the setup.

  • Quad Max, Quad and Quad Fold: Windows 10 / 11, or Mac models introduced in 2019 or later (including M1–M5). A display driver is required. Not for game consoles.
  • Trio Go 16: Mac with no model-year cutoff, or Windows 10 / 11. A display driver is required. Not for game consoles.
  • Dual Lite 16 and Dual 15.6 / 14: driver-free on supported Mac and Windows setups. Standard M1 / M2 / M3 MacBooks are excluded for two independent external displays with the laptop open. Check your computer’s video outputs for all driver-free models.
  • For driver-based setups on Mac mini, first install the driver using another display.
  • For Quad models, use the Mac model’s introduction year, not its purchase year. Trio Go 16 has no year cutoff.
  • Game consoles: HDMI mirroring with external power. Switch / OLED requires a TV-mode dock; Switch Lite is not supported.
