My purchase arrived within 5 business days as promised. The packaging was outstanding. The monitor was inside a box, and again put in another sturdy, thick box. I'm 55 years old and not tech savvy. It did not take me but 10 minutes to install/connect it with my work laptop. There were diagrams on what to do, but even that, I just glanced at it. There's a qcode you can access for the instructions, but I didn't utilize it. The installation was a no brainer, which is so fabulous. The aesthetic is clean and professional. There is a soft cloth bag included to protect your monitor from dirt when you are on the move. I just wished I ordered the 15" monitor instead. Maybe if I buy the 15" one, 3 monitors, I can get a free bag with it ---- just wishing...

When we review a draft, the left screen can face across the table. It helps us look at the same section without leaning over one laptop.

I read two sources and write notes in the middle. The extra space is useful even though I still scroll through each page normally.
