Perfect Charging Hub for International Travel.

I was searching for a multi port charger for international travel, to eliminate carrying multiple charging bricks. I stumbled upon the INVZI Docking Station and 100w GaN USB C Multiport Charger Combo, 9-IN-1 USB C Dock.

At first, I couldn't believe what I had found. A portable charhing hub with 9 ports, international charging heads, and built-in extention cord. At roughly US$117 net, I could hardly wait to try it out.

I've taken it to multiple US States including, Hawaii and Alaska. Also to a few countries, Costa Rica, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and China. It worked perfectly on every trip.

I even use it in my home office to connect; Surface Pro 8, Dell U3419W monitor, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g, while charging other devices.

If I were asking for any mods, they would be adding a 2nd HDMI for another monitor and a few more USB-C ports. This by removing the Enet and SD/MicroSD slots (I use Wifi and a combo USB-C/USB-A thumb drive).

This is a must have device for travel domestically and abroad!

    audio doesent work corect

the product is super, but the thing i most needed is the audioport, and there is some strage noise coming out of the audioport, sounds like digital streaming artefacs.

and sometimes my computer tells to use the original power suply:(

    real world limits

Love this product; works great. Since I couldn't find it anywhere on the site, I figured I'd let everyone know that when all client ports are connected with 5w loads or less, the host port maxes out at 60w. I haven't tested, but I'd anticipate if high draw devices were connected to all ports, the two 100w ports would cap out at 30w each and the 30w port at 15w. Would be great if Invzi provided some official documentation on this

    Excellent travelling companion!

Just returned from my first trip with the GaNHub as part of my kit. Paired with a multi plug and a folding 3-part (iPhone, Apple Watch and earbuds), it’s the perfect hub to complete the setup with my iPad Air - powering & connecting via HDMI to the hotel TV. Ethernet would have been an option (available in the hotel rooms) but wifi connectivity made that unnecessary. I reckon I’ve now got as close to minimal as possible while having the perfect power/outlet and connectivity combination. Very happy with my purchase.

Good concept but partly poor delivery

It is getting really hot and if I switch off the power at the socket/power outlet and it is still connected with my mac book, there's a LED light on and drains my laptop battery. Not convinced yet.

    Great value

I bought one of these hubs a couple of years ago, during their Indiegogo campaign. I've been using it for years, couldn't be more satisfied! It's a perfect travel companion, charges all gadgets simultaneously, lets me copy dashcam videos from MicroSD card and provides Ethernet connectivity when wi-fi is unreliable. Now bought another one to use it as a stationary hub in my office -- the idea is to use one cable to charge my Mac, connect peripherals and connect it to the big monitors. Works great!

    It's okay

I had to trim the edges of the Ethernet port opening because the logic board was off-center with the case. When the power consumption is maxed out, the hub gets so hot that you can barely touch it. I had a disconnect on one of the ports (I forgot if it was the audio or the Ethernet), which required unplugging the hub from the outlet altogether to resolve. Other than the above minor issues, the hub is working fine, and I find it useful. I'd buy it again.

    Original Kickstarter/Indiegogo Purchase

I purchased two of these units on Indiegogo/Kickstarter and was most impressed with them They serve a great use for those with external monitors or panels to their notebooks and those who travel and don't wish to carry numerous chargers and adapters. Highly recommended quality product

    Good Product.

This charger/mobile dock has been very useful so far. Being able to use it as a hub without being plugged in to the mains is awesome. Only a couple gripes is that the AU/NZ plug is upside down. See correct orientation of plug in attached photo. The other gripe is the sound quality of the built in headphone jack is terrible but I don't use that much so not too much of a biggie, but something to be aware of if others like their cabled headphones.

    Very nice little hub

The power cord is long enough to reach from the floor (or wall) to allow the hub to sit on my desk. It's rated 120/240 and it comes with 4 interchangeable plugs so it can be taken all over the world (I travel a bit) and be the main power supply and hub for my Macbook. This little hub let's me add my hard drive(s), memory stick and SD card to store/access data. since it has power on all ports I can even power and connect my portable external monitor. This little hub has it all!

Much better use of space and weight than a charger with no hub

Caught it on sale, haven't had the chance to test everything yet due to not having the rest of my new rig, but it has passed every test I've been able to throw at it so far without getting hot. Was impressed that, while the ethernet requires a custom driver, the hub contains a simulated "CD-ROM" device with the driver that even hides once the driver is installed - no internet connection needed. The ethernet port is a bit tight but that can be good or bad depending on your usage. Can't test the HDMI port yet because I don't have a high-speed host; USB, stereo+mic audio and card slots worked with default OS drivers. If I could change anything about it, I'd wish for a 240W Power Delivery 3.1 USB4/Thunderbolt4 model with more USB-A and USB-C ports, perhaps in place of the SD slots? Maybe next year?
