What is your warranty policy?

Every INVZI product comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue during this period, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and we’ll assist you with a repair, replacement, or refund according to our warranty policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide, serving customers in over 100 countries. All orders are handled with care and delivered by trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and YunExpress, with full tracking provided until your package arrives safely at your doorstep.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $69. For orders under $69, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your shipment directly on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, etc.). You’ll also get a notification when your package is out for delivery. If you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

How does the 14-day return policy work?

For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and returned with all original accessories and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I get my product repaired within warranty?

If your INVZI product requires repair under warranty, please contact our after-sales support team at support@invzi.com. Provide your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a clear description (with photos or video if possible) of the issue. Our team will review your case and guide you through the repair or replacement process.
