Are INVZI monitors compatible with my laptop and gaming consoles? Is a driver required?
Compatibility depends on the model's connection type. We offer two main solutions:
- One-Cable Models (e.g., MagHub):Laptop: Perfect for MacBook (M1/M2/M3) and Windows. A driver installation is required to enable the multi-screen function via a single cable.Gaming Consoles: These models are optimized for productivity and do NOT support direct connection to gaming consoles (Switch, PS5, Xbox).
- Multi-Cable Models:Laptop: These are Plug-and-Play (No driver required). You simply connect the HDMI/USB-C video cables.Gaming Consoles: Yes! These models support direct connection to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox for a portable gaming experience.

Which model should I choose?
Since we offer specialized productivity tools ranging from MagHub stations to portable monitors, the best choice depends on your workflow. How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $39. For orders under $39, a standard shipping fee applies.
We ship globally! We have a dedicated US Warehouse for fast domestic delivery, while international orders are shipped securely from our fulfillment centers in China.
How long will it take to receive my order?
US Orders: Thanks to our US warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7-15 business days.
Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link. You can track your package's journey directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. All INVZI products come with a One-Year Limited Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If you experience hardware issues within this period, simply reach out to support@invzi.com, and we will assist you with a repair or replacement.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund it fully at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide the product is not for you, you may return it within 14 days. Please note that a $49 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs.
- Important: All returns must be in "like-new" condition and include all original accessories (cables, adapters, cases, etc.) and packaging.
